Program for the Int-Rundown

From the realization, that the 1978 revised HCOB on Int RD is not only a too steep
gradient but a total alter-is of Ron’s original Int RD, the Free Scientologists go back to
LRH and apply the original reference. This is an excerpt of the HCOB, serving as a
checklist in the PC-Folder. This is not a replacement of the HCOB. The Int-
Checksheet2 should be studied carefully by the auditor.
Program per HCO B 22. March 1970 ExTERIORIZATION AND HIGH TA3
The Case Supervision directions for Interiorization are to be done by a Scientology
Auditor. They can be done purely in Dianetics by using only steps 5, 7 and 8. It is
more effective when done by an Scientology Auditor who is also HDC.

if he sees them as appropriate for the hatting of the PC. _______

The revision of 4th Jan 1971 is recognized as an alter-is of the original. For example: „This intensive
must be done in one session“ – which is nearly impossible and only makes sure, that the PC ARC-
breaks in this horrible monster-session. The 1.1-author explains this „one-session-rule“: because an
out-int-PC can not be audited on rudiments!

Def. Exteriorization (engl.):

1. The state of the thetan, the individual himself, being outside his body. When
this is done, the person achieves a certainty that he is himself and not his body.
[LRH-Book The Phoenix Lectures, Glossar]
2. The phenomenon of being in a position in space dependent on only one’s
consideration, able to view from that space, bodies and the room, as it is. (PAB
125)
3. The act of moving out of the body with or without full perception. (HCOB 22
Oct 1971)
4. Exteriorization, in which painful emotion is present in such quantity that the
patient cannot occupy himself. That painful emotion may stem from past or
future incidents to the moment when the patient is witnessing a scene to which
he has been Dianetically returned. [DMSMH, issue 2007, pg 312]
5. When a thetan believes too thoroughly he is a body, he is generally unhappy,
afraid, doubts his own (and validates the body’s) existence and worries about
his inabilities. When he is out of the sphere of influence of the body (a very
small one) he becomes serene, confident and knowing. He can handle a body
better, can act faster, can recall more and do more while exteriorized than he
can while in a body. [Creation of Human Ability, pg 172]

Def. Interiorization (engl.):

1. In Int-RD you are “auditing times he WENT IN or WAS BEING
TRAPPED, etc. and NOT „was in” or „was already trapped” or
„was stuck in,” etc. You will be auditing the actual times the
action of moving in occurred.” [HCOB 4.1.71]
2. People who are interiorized—that means something else; it isn’t the reverse of
Exteriorization. An interiorization means going into it too fixedly and
becoming part of it too fixedly. It doesn’t mean just going into your head. You
could interiorize into work by which one would get so fixated and so
surrounded by his work that he never got out of it. See, you could interiorize
into most anything. But exteriorization is relegated in our terminology simply
to an exteriorization or a moving out of the body by the spirit. (SH Spec 84,

3. if the havingness of the preclear is low, he is apt to close in tight to the body
because this gives him more havingness and if the preclear fears that the body
is going to go out of control he will also move in closer to the body. Thus we
get interiorization as no more complicated than fear of loss of control and

Def. Exteriorisation (dt):

[lat. exterior = weiter außen befindlich, weiter draußen]
1. Der Zustand des Thetans, des Individuums selbst, außerhalb seines Körpers zu
sein. Wenn dies geschieht, ist die Person sicher, daß sie sie selbst ist und nicht

2. Das Phänomen, sich in einer Position im Raum zu befinden, die lediglich von
den eigenen Betrachtungen abhängt, und in der Lage zu sein, von diesem
Raum aus Körper, und das Zimmer zu sehen, wie es ist. [PAB 125]
3. Die Handlung, sich (mit oder ohne Wahrnehmungen) aus dem Körper
hinauszubewegen. [HCOB 22.10.71]
4. Der Vorgang, bei dem der Preclear, der zu einem Geschehnis zurückgekehrt
ist, aus seinem Körper hinaustritt. Schmerzliche Emotion ist in einem solchen
Ausmaß vorhanden, daß die Person selbst ihren Körper nicht einnehmen kann.
Diese schmerzliche Emotion, die vor oder nach dem Geschehnis liegt, das der
Preclear beobachtet, muß entladen werden. [DMSMH, Glossar]
5. Eine Person, die sich außerhalb des Einflußbereiches des Körpers befindet, ist
exterior. Sie ist dann heiter, voller Selbstvertrauen und weise. [COHA, pg 172]
Def. Interiorisation (dt):
[lat. interior = mehr nach innen gelegen, tiefer drinnen; engl. interiorize = ein
Konzept, einen Wert zu einem Teil der eigenen Natur machen]
1. Der Zustand, interiorisiert zu sein. "interiorisieren" = "hinein gehen". Was man
(beim Interiorisationsrundown) auditiert, sind die Zeiten, wo der PC hinein
ging oder andere veranlaßt wurden, hineinzugehen. Nicht das drinnen sein,
drinnen feststecken oder drinnen sitzen wird behandelt, sondern die konkreten
Zeiten, als sich das Hineingehen ereignete. [HCOB 4.1.71]
2. Leute die interiorisiert sind, das bedeutet etwas anderes; es ist nicht nur das
Gegenteil von Exteriorization. Interiorisation bedeutet, zu fest in etwas
hineinzugehen und zu fest ein Teil davon zu werden. Es bedeutet nicht
einfach, in seinen Kopf hineinzugehen. Man könnte in die Arbeit
interiorisieren, dabei wäre man so fixiert und so sehr von der Arbeit umgeben,
dass man niemals herauskommt. Man kann in nahezu alles interiorisieren.
Aber Exteriorisation wird in unserer Terminologie einfach als herausbewegen
aus dem Körper als Geistwesen bezeichnet. [SH spec 84, 6612C13]
3. Wenn die Havingness des PCs gering ist, ist er geneigt, stärker in den Körper
hinein zu gehen, denn dies gibt ihm mehr Havingness. Wenn der PC fürchtet,
daß der Körper aus seiner Kontrolle geraten könnte, wird er sich auch näher an
ihn heran bewegen. Daher ist Interiorisation nichts weiter als die Furcht, die
Kontrolle zu verlieren und ein Abfall der Havingness. [Scientology Clear

4. Introversion ist ein kleines bißchen anders als Interiorisation. Um etwas zu
interiorisieren, tut man es einfach in etwas anderes hinein, aber um es zu
introvertieren, läßt man es in sich selbst hinein schauen. [5703C27AAC]
5. Ein Mensch, der zu sehr daran glaubt, daß er ein Körper ist, ist ein
interiorisierter Mensch. Die Folge dieses Glaubens ist, daß der Mensch

unglücklich und ängstlich ist, an seiner Existenz zweifelt, die Existenz seines
Körpers bekämpft und sich über sich und seine Fähigkeiten Sorgen macht.
