Q.2. Comment:
a) A Government Servant made over change of his post on 14.02.2020 to proceed on leave 08
for ninety days. Leave commencement date was taken from 14 th February because he has
not mentioned for afternoon in his charge report.
b) A Government employee was drawing “Senior Post Allowance” during the period he was 08
serving in lieu of LPR. This allowance was included in his pay for payment of leave
encashment.
c) Assistant Director serving in Punjab Education Department, Multan was selected under 08
Federal Government and posted in Ministry of Communication, Islamabad after
resignation from the post under Punjab Government Workout usual joining time.

d) During Foreign Service a Government Servant earned leave for 144 days. On repatriation 08
to his parent department, he applied for credit of this leave in his leave account to arrive
at total leave at credit.
e) A Government Servant posted in Islamabad made request for transfer to Lahore due to 08
his family problems. The request was acceded by the competent authority. Calculate
TA/DA admissible to the employee.
f) Fare well grant to a retired Government Servant was refused by the authorities of Federal 08
Benevolent Fund on the ground that the employee proceeded on retiring pension instead
of on superannuation.
g) A Government Servant in BS-17 by selection grade was drawing pay @ Rs.71,770/-. On 08
his promotion in the same scale his pay was fixed @ Rs.74,070 (30,370-2300-76,370).
h) The inquiry officer appointed to conduct inquiry into the disciplinary case of an accused 08
Government Servant found guilty of misconduct issued charge sheet before formal
inquiry.
