2. What, other than the above are your most important achievements of the year?

As there was a pandemic worldwide, last year was one of the toughest year we faced and I feel my biggest achievement is I've gone above and beyond
my abilities to ensure our team with limited manpower operates at an optimal level that could contribute to our collective goals.

Involving with the team in process stabilization of High Lub FA 67/400 series to optimize the yield of 90% of batches with the target of 2340kg per batch.
Despite the challenges like usage of base oil from multiple suppliers and managing to get the target yield for 78.6% of batches we produced was a big
achievement for me last year.

Being a part in successfully training new engineer, operators and contract workers on operations carried out in shop floor is also an achievement for me.

I feel, as a team player involving in successful implementation of good manufacturing practices and CIP in plant is also an achievement for me. I like to
contribute more through such activities this year as well.

Along with the team I was able to successfully prepare a new version of PFMEA-VDA-AIAG based on the knowledge i gained from the training.

3. What elements of your job did interest you most during the year? Why do you think was it more interesting?

Implementation of GMP and CIP in plant along with the team was an interesting responsibility as it gave me an opportunity to explore my creative skills.

Like previous year, activities that we carried out like process stabilization to enhance product quality and output was more interesting and i would like to
be involved in more such activities this year as well.

I enjoyed conducting brainstorming sessions for shop floor employees as it gave me an opportunity to enhance my presentation skills.

4. What elements of your job did you find most difficult to execute? Why do you think was it more difficult?

Executing production and maintenance related activities on the initial days of post covid-19 lockdown was more challenging as there was limited no. of
manpower with panic mindset.

5. Please recall your performance appraisal last year.

5. a. How did your strengths evolve /develop thereafter? What initiatives have you taken in this regard? (Please do not repeat your strengths)

Being a shift in charge I have worked hard to improve my leadership skill by taking inputs and suggestions from my seniors. So far i have enjoyed leading
the team and fulfilling the responsibilities given to me.

As i was involved more in presenting PPT and conducting brainstorming sessions last year, it has helped me to enhance my presentation and
communication skill.

Facing the challenging situation on the initial days of post covid-19 lockdown has helped me to develop my organizational skills like strategic planning,
time management, work under pressure, decision making etc..

5. b. Mention the initiatives from your end in improving the ‘development/ improvement needs’ identified last year

As i was involved in the preparation of PFMEA document it has helped me in understanding and analyzing the critical stages involved in the production
process.

I was completely involved in maintenance activity of homogenizer which has helped me in understanding the importance of critical parts involved in the
operation.

As i was involved in CIP activities, it has helped me to learn more about identifying the changes required to ease the activity.
