Reflections on Tumor Markers

The article is titled Highly sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for the simultaneous
detection of multiple tumor markers for signal amplification. This about A unique sandwich-
type electrochemical immunosensor for the simultaneous measurement of three types of
tumor indicators has been developed (TMs). The precise and sensitive identification of tumor
markers (TMs) [1–5] is important for the early detection and treatment of cancer. Most tumors
are associated with many TMs, hence the Single TMs with advanced detecting methods lost
more value. To deal with this, there are analytical tools and techniques for the simultaneous
determination of several TMs has drawn attention raising awareness. The study shows an
electrochemical immunosensor with great sensitivity used in tandem with PSA, AFP, and CA 125
detection have all been effectively accomplished, two PSMA-Aq/GO-Ab2 and three
PSMA-Fc/GO-Ab2 nanoprobes were used and Nanoprobes PSMA-ASA/GO-Ab2 were utilized.
Furthermore, the immunosensor could be used in conjunction with the PSA, AFP, and CA 125
detection in human serum samples  in particular. It can be expanded to include the detection of
other related TMs. This offers a potentially useful application in clinical analysis.
