● Contract with Norwegian Client: Nomad visa candidate should have a signed contract

How to Apply for Norway's Digital Nomad or Self-Employed Visa

Step 1: Gather All the Documents

The first and foremost thing that the candidate should do is to get all the required documents in
order. Below is the list of all the documents needed:

● Passport and copy of passport with all its used pages


● Two Passport size photos
● Address of accomodation in Norway
● A signed contract with the Norwegian client
● Documents of business(s) established outside of Norway
● Proof of education
● CV
● Work History
● Complete application form
● Printed and signed UDI checklist
● 600€ application fee
● All the above documents in original form and their copies

translated into Norwegian or English.
Step 2: Step the UDI checklist
The second step is the completion of the UDI checklist online, take out its print and sign it. The
signed checklist should be brought at the time of rhe visa appointment.

Step 3: Submission of the Application


There are two ways by which you can submit your application for the Norway Nomad Digital
