NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

Online bids are invited under two-bid system from firms having experience in design and
development of IT Systems for Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSU’s), Public
Service Commissions or Govt. bodies/organizations for redesign & redevelopment of the various
applications utilized by UPSC / revamping of the IT System in UPSC. The Broad Scope of Work and
the Detailed Activities of the existing software/modules/web applications in use in UPSC are given at
Annexure-I and Annexure-II of the NIT respectively. Manual bids shall not be accepted.

Tender documents may be downloaded from UPSC web site www.upsc.gov.in (for reference only)
and CPPP site https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app as per the schedule as given in CRITICAL
DATE SHEET.
