Bajaj Electricals Limited (BEL), an 80-year-old trusted company with a turnover of Rs. 4716 Crores, is a part of the
"Bajaj Group".

We have 3 business segments – Transmission & Distribution, Consumer Products and Illumination.

With 18 branch offices spread across India we are supported by a chain of more than 2445 distributors, 750
authorized dealers, over 1,80,000 retail outlets and over 480 Consumer Care Centers.
Job Description
1. Lead, direct, and control the organization’s financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial
health of the organization.

2. Strategic Planning:
 Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth, and market
opportunities and direction.
 Direct all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet
the organization’s short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with
statutory regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

3. Financial Operations:
 Accounting, Credit Control, Cash Flow, Investment Management, Tax, Insurance, Treasury, Budgeting,
Forecasting and Foreign Exchange.
 Compliances stewardship in respect of Company Law, Stock Exchange, SEBI, RBI, Taxation and other
statutes.
 Establish and maintain positive relationships with banks, investment analysts, and other financial
institutions.

4. Financial Reports & Metrics:


 Direct the timely and accurate preparation of the organization’s financial reports, such as profit and
loss accounts, balance sheet, management financial reports, and regulatory reports and filings.

5. Merger & Acquisitions:


 Evaluate proposed business activities and transactions such as acquisitions, investments, capital
expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets to ensure they are financially viable.

6. Team Management:
 Leading and motivating teams and imparting training to them to enhance their skill levels. Identifying
development needs & imparting training to the team members for enhancing their skill levels.
 Creating and building a strong engaged team with visible action plans towards improvement at
employee engagement parameters.
 Lead & build team, to identify new talent & nurture them.
 Take actions for succession planning.
 Provide inputs for training & development & brand building.
 Performance management.
