The researcher, Dominador Villanueva Parlero III, was born on June 22, 1999 at
Sumilil Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat. He is the second child among four siblings of Mr.
Dominador A. Parlero Jr. and Mrs. Rizza V. Parlero. His father is a Principal in Arsenio
Elementary School Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, while his mother are also an elementary
