A pilot operating on, or in the vicinity of, an aerodrome where there is no air traffic
control, shall:
(a) make turns to right when other aircraft observed doing so
(b) make turns to left unless right circuit in force
(c) make turns to left or right provide no collision risk

2. The semi-circular rule must be complied with and flight levels used for all flights
above:
(a) 2,000 ft above ground level
(b) 1,000 ft above ground level
(c) 1,500 ft above ground level

4. If a private pilots licence has lapsed, the requirements for its initial issue must be
met if the licence has lapsed:
(a) for more than 30 days
(b) for more than 2 years
(c) for more than 5 years
