NO 1. SERIES OF 2021

A RESOLUTION APPROVING BARANGAY ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLANS FOR CY 2021 FOR

BARANGAY NAGUITUBAN, SAN JUAN, LA UNION.

WHEREAS, The Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by the Sangguniang Barangay
Development Plan 202 for Barangay Naguituban, San Juan, La Union.

WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Investment Plan, as attached, is found to be in line with the development
polices of the Barangay Government and the City/Municipal Development Council/

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Senior Citizen DOMINADOR C. CATBAGAN duly seconded by Sangguniang
Barangay member AMILIA G. BACANI.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Naguituban, San Juan, La Union, in session
duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to approved and adopt the Barangay Annual Investment Plan CY 2021 as
endorsed by the Barangay Development Council.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of the Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their information and
consideration.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Barangay this ________ day of ______, 2021 at Barangay
Naguituban, San Juan, La Union.
