How to response on Incident email from Accenture about network device alerts

If you receive Incident email from Accenture about network device issue, please perform below steps:

1. Based on the naming of the switch click here to search for more information including location.
Then go to the line to check the physical device:
- If there is an issue with the power supply or network switch power OFF, cannot ping by
name, please call FAC hotline immediately to check together and follow up with them to fix
the issue ASAP.
- If there is an issue with 1 power supply of switch, please call FAC team to come to check
with you. If the FAC team confirmed there is no issue with their power source, the issue
could be due to PSU failure or power cable loosing. The switch will still be running fine with
the remaining power supply and not impacting production line. In this case, you can assign
the ticket to Infra team to check further and fix it when we’re onsite.
- If there is an issue with temperature, please try to open the door of the rack cabinet and
keeping it opening. After that 30 mins, email informing to global team to check again the
status and follow up until the temp back to normal range. Infra team will further checking
when onsite and close the door of rack cabinet.
- And there is any issue related to technical and ACN team need the Console access, please
connect the console with your laptop and share with them via MS team for troubleshooting.

3. The cable console and key have already been released to the onsite team, please check again
