Greetings!

On behalf of the Asia Pacific Quality Organization the sponsor of the Global Performance
Excellence Award (GEPA), I want to express our deepest appreciation for accepting to
participate as a GPEA Assessor for the 2022 cycle.

We are now assigning GPEA Assessors to start the assessment process. We understand your
busy schedule and would kindly request you to a help complete the assessment in 30 days and
submit to me.

We try to keep the number of applications to two to three per Assessor. For planning do let
know how many you are able to do for the 2022 cycle if you have not done so.

Below is the assigned GPEA Application for you to assess. Please confirm by return whether you
have any conflict of interest with the following Applicant to enable us to review and send you
access to the documents. Please note that 1-2-page Summary Report is required for each
application. Please follow the guidelines for GPEA Summary Report and Score Sheet. You may
be requested by the GPEA Secretariat to conduct online assessment/meeting for further
clarifications for selected applicants after you submit the assessment scores. Only GPEA
Secretariat will coordinate with the applicant for such meetings and inform you to join. Please
indicate which email ID of yours should be given access to documents.

You may contact each other to plan your desktop and summary report and score sheet to be
submitted to GPEA Secretariat.

Note: During the assessment you will have access to confidential and sensitive information. Due
to the nature of some applicants this is critically important. After the assessment cycle is
completed, you are required to delete soft copies of all documents related to the applicant that
you had access during the assessment and under any circumstance those documents should
not be used for any other purpose.

We will also provide an honorarium if all scores sheets and summary reports are submitted on
time.

GPEA Assessors must be guided by these principles and Code of Conduct:

No conflict of interest in the process
Professional conduct at all times
Protect confidentiality
Protect intellectual property.
