Aside from technology and globalization, what do you think

are the other forces that will influence quality? Give two
forces and explain how.
Other elements that I believe will impact quality were brand reputation and consumer satisfaction.
It is extremely significant since it builds customers’ loyalty. As they are obligated in creating a
high-quality product that will undoubtedly satisfy the buyer. If they fail to provide a high-quality
product and fail to satisfy their customers, their sales and reputation will suffer.
