Note: All provisions are subjected to MOH's and other authorities’ requirements, and decisions on the final materials,
fixtures, fittings and equipment for the Building are subject to the professional consultant’s recommendations and the
Landlord's absolute discretion.

B. The scope of works for the Building excludes the purchase and installation of medical equipment and machinery,
fixtures and fittings for the hospital; and additional mechanical and electrical works ('M & E') ie. M & E (that have not
been provided under the Landlord’s existing design and building plans; which equipment, machinery, fixtures, fittings
and additional M & E works shall be carried out by the Tenant at the Tenant’s own cost and expense after the date of
the CCC and Borang 4 from MOH, whichever is the later. Specifically, the following scope of works are excluded
from the scope of construction of the Building:

Note: The Landlord is prepared to work together with the Tenant's hospital operation/commissioning team at the site
during the final stages of construction to assist the Tenant to execute pre-opening tasks of the hospital but subject to
any and all safety, security other construction rules and regulations that the Landlord or the Landlord's main contractor
may have in place at the site. The pre-opening tasks works are merely preparatory in nature and shall not involve or
require any amendments, physical construction or renovation works to the Building until and unless the CCC for the
Building and Borang 4 from the MOH has been issued.
