Platform area (concrete) adjacent to main Garden and water body in the front side of the
main building could be utilised by any event organisers during their main programme in
the main complex for putting Stalls/ Huts etc for Food & other purposes within the
platform area only. Damage to any items nearby main Garden and throwing of wastages
or littering of adjacent water body is strictly prohibited. Violation of any may leads to
penalty as fixed by the authority.

Note:
No mention of rent against any area/space/hall/room etc within the premises of the Trade Centre means non
rentable spaces and occupying such spaces without prior permission from the authority is illegal. Any
occupancy against such spaces by any organisers with due prior permission from the authority on special ground
is admissible. Rent against such spaces will be at the rate of similar facilities within the Trade Centre premises
or as decided/fixed by the authority.
