Double Crochet 2 Stitches Together - DC2TOG - *YO, insert hook into next ST
and pull up a loop, YO, pull the first loop through the second and third loop on the
hook* repeat from *to* a total of 2 times. YO, pull the first loop through all 3 loops
on the hook.
The DC2TOG is all worked into one stitch. It is technically a smaller form of the
cluster stitch but to keep things clear I am using the alternative name for it.
Notes:
-I do not count my turning chain as a stitch. Except to Start row 2.
-You will fasten off after every row.

Note: In Row 4, we will be only working into the single crochet that are in
between the petals made during Row 3.
Row 5: (With White) SLST to any corner, CH2, *(2DC, CH2, 2DC) into the CH2
corner, DC into the next 2 STs, Work 4 Dc into the CH 4 Space, Skip the next ST,
Work 4 DC into the next ST. Work a DC into the next 2 STs.* repeat from *to* a
total of 4 times. SLST to the first DC. Fasten off. Weave in your ends.
Note: The final square has an even number of stitches on each side. If you
want to have an odd number of stitches in order to fit the square into a
project then in Row 5 simply work a double crochet into the half double
crochet of Row 4 instead of skipping the stitch.
Your crochet flower granny square is complete. Make as many as you need for your
project. Sew them together to make a light airy blanket.
