What is the Western Digital Store Return Policy?
Subject to the exclusions below, the Western Digital Store accepts returns of purchased items
within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will issue a credit for products that arrived defective
or have become defective within 30 days of shipment. Visit Western Digital Support to help
determine if your product is defective or if a solution exists.

Exclusions: Software once it was made available to you by sending you a link for downloading or
a license key via email or other electronic delivery method or for which instructions to download
(including from a third party platform) have been provided to you and (ii) any products which we
inform you may not be returned.
