Constitution
Article 1: Name
The name of this organization shall be GAMers(Graphic Artist and Programmer)
Interactive.
Article 2: Purpose
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote the progress of the quality of
education in STI College Tarlac, In pursuit of this objective, the organization will:
a. Conduct a seminar, tutorial and lecture to improve the student on his/her
academic subjects
b. Promote the involvement of all the students and member in the school’s
programs and activities
c. Cooperate with the other organizations dedicated to such purpose.
Article 3: Membership
Section 1: All student and former student of STI College Tarlac are qualified to be a
member of STI GAMers Interactive.
Section 2: Membership is acquired by maintaining a desire to belong to the organization
and attendance on every meeting.
Section 3: No discrimination on the basis of age, race, sexual identity, creed or religion
will exist within the organization.
Article 6: Meetings
Section 1: Adviser or the President will be the one to decide and announce meetings.
Article 7: Amendments
Section 1: These constitutions may be amended by the Adviser or Officer.
Section 2: For major amendments, amendment can be passed by general agreement by
the Adviser, Officers and General membership.
Article 2: Finance
Section 1: The President, Treasurer and Adviser will be in charge of finances.
Article 4: Election/Appointment
Section 1: The organization doesn’t have an election, only the President or Adviser has
the power to appoint personnel in a vacant position.
Section 2: If the position for president is vacant, only the Adviser will have the power to
appoint.
Section 3: Committees and Officers can suggest a person to be appointed.
Section 4: The President and the Adviser decisions are final and irrevocable.
Article 5: Amendments
Section 1: These bylaws will be amended in the same manner prescribed for the
amendment of the constitution.
