in various newspapers.

Where no post for any reserved category is available, the candidate

applying as a candidate of that particula. category have been
considered as General catcgory candidatcs, subjcct to th.
lulfillment of the candidates of all eligibility conditions (Except fee,
as meant for general category candidates).
