ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
S.Y. 2021 – 2022

School Year 2021-2022 was successfully done with the joint efforts of the teachers, parents and
students that helps promote a good learning environment of each learners. For the said School Year, the
following are the activities, programs and projects was undertaken.

1. Virtual Orientation on the opening of classes with the Learners/Parents/Guardians to orient each and
everyone about the policies of opening the classes.
2. Weekly distribution and retrieval of modules from 1st quarter to 4th quarter .
3. Organizing Homeroom PTA Officers.
4. PTA Meeting and distribution of Report Card from 1st quarter to 3rd quarter to see the improvement
of learners in their studies.
5. Brigada Eskwela was conducted for the cleanliness and improvement of the school sorroundings as
well as the classroom with the cooperation and help of students,parents,stakeholders,4Ps,Brgy.
Officials, LGU and teachers.
6. Vaccination program by the Department of Education for 12 to 18 years old to protect each students
against COVID-19.
7. Information dessimination on Magna Carta ng Kababaihan and Comprehensive Sexuality Education
to the learners/parents/guardian for them to have an additional information regarding the said
program and also to have knowledge about their rights.
8. Oral Reading Report to diagnose the reading and understanding skill of each learners from Grade 7
to Grade 10.
9. Parents/Guardians conference regarding Limited Face to Face Classes.
10. Face to Face Recognition/Completion/Graduation was held on July 1, 2022.

ANNOTATION

As a teacher, I prepared Worksheets and Summative Test to assess the learners progress as well as to
monitor their performance. I also prepared my Individual Learning Plan in Filipino 9 and Filipino 10
monthly and Weekly Home Learning Plan to serve as my lesson plan for the implementation of Modality
Learning for my learners.The result of answering their modules is my basis in computing their grades every
quarter .

Sa bawat taunang Panuruan, isinasagawa ang Pagpapabasa sa bawat mag-aaral upang masukat ang
kanilang kakayahan pagdating sa pagbabasa at upang malaman din ang kanilang kakayahan sa pag-unawa sa
mga tekstong kanilang binabasa. Ngunit dahil sa kinakaharap na pandemya at ito ay ang banta ng COVID-
19, pansamantalang natigil o hindi naipatupad ang programang ito para sa mga mag-aaral dahil hindi
nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang mga estudyante na makadalo sa paaralan para sa “ Face to Face Classes”
dahil sa mga ipinapatupad na “Safety Protocoals” kung kayat noong nakaraang taunang Panuruan, hindi
naisagawa ang pagpapabasa sa mga mag-aaral.
Subalit ngayong taong Panuruan 2021- 2022, bagamat may banta pa rin ng COVID-19, matagumpay
na naisakatuparan ang programang pagpapabasa sa mga mag-aaral gamit ang iba,t ibang estratehiya gaya ng
limitadong pagpunta ng mga estudyante dito sa paaralan at yung mga ibang estudyante ay nagbasa gamit ang
makabagong teknolohiya gaya ng cellphone o messenger.
Ang mga guro sa Filipino kasama ng Ulong Guro sa Filipino ay gumawa ng eskedyul para sa araw at
oras na pagpunta ng mga limitadong bilang ng mga mag-aaral para sa kanilang Pagbasa ng sa gayon ay
maiwasan ang sabayang pagdagsa ng mga estudyante sa paaralan para sa kanilang pagbabasa.Bagamat may
kahirapan sa pagpapatawag sa mga mag-aaral para pumunta sa paaralan at magbasa ay matagumpay pa ring
naisagawa ang programang ito dahil na rin sa sipag at tiyaga ng mga guro sa Filipino.
Pagkatapos ng ilang araw na pagpapabasa ay natapos din at nagawa ang resulta base sa bilang ng
mga napabasang mga mag-aaral.Nagawa ng bawat guro sa Filipino ang kaukulang report para dito at
naisumite nang maayos sa opisina.Naisumite rin ang resulta ng Oral Reading sa Dibisyon gamit ang
electronic na pagsumite ng report.

ANNOTATION

Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers also known as RA No 7836 states that teachers who
possesses dignity and reputation with high moral values as well as technical and professional
competence in the practice of their noble profession, and they strictly adhere to observe and practice
this set of ethical and moral principles, standards and values. Every teacher shall uphold the highest
possible standards of quality education, shall make the best preparation for the career of teaching. A
professional code of ethics outlines teacher’s primary responsibilities to their students and defines
their role I a student’s life.

In regards to this Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers, I as a Professional teacher,

always make sure that I maintain at all times a dignified personality,nobility and dignity, exhibit
proper behavior to the learning. I also live with dignity in all places at all times especially here in
school and in dealing with my co teachers and all the members of Administration and other Staff.. I
maintain at all times a dignified personality.

I also always practice this code of ethics not only to my co teachers, members of
Administrations and other Staff but also to my students and parents as well as to the stakeholders. I
treated everyone fairly and just and I always make sure that everything is under control to avoid
unnecessary action.

ANNOTATION

I used this video presentation that I made last year in my teaching strategy for this school
year for them to experience to watch a sample of video presentation in their learning. Based on my
observation, watching video presentation is one of the effected way of teaching the learners for them to
easily understand the lesson and at the same they enjoyed watching the video presentation that made.
