towards purchase of furniture. Furniture is a product of design and is
considered a form of decorative art. There is strength and durability to
a well-made piece of wood furniture, especially when made from
domestic hardwoods. I have attempted to study and understand the
buying behavior with two main focus area being 1. Buying Process
including choice, criteria etc. 2. Factors affecting consumer behavior.

1. TITLE OF THE STUDY: A study on consumer behavior towards
the purchase of furniture at future retailers, Coimbatore

2. NEED FOR THE STUDY: The study of consumer behavior is


most important. This study is needed to understand the expectation of
the customers. This will also increase the growth in the sales.

3. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: To successfully know the


consumer behavior of the company and the problem which may arise
in future.
