50,000 people in close coordination with its
local partner, with comprehensive relief kits
consisting of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
(WASH), Non-food Items, Dignity kit and Shelter
kits. But there is plenty more to be done.

Providing immediate food assistance

Humanitarian assistance in food, nutrition 5000 Households

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

Disasters do not have the same impact on all the


genders. The highest priority needs to be given to
women and girls affected by floods that they have
improved access to appropriate and timely
assistance to ensure sexual and reproductive
health.

Target households and communities will have


increased access to safe drinking water, sanitation
and hygiene facilities that serve to prevent
incidents of public health risks.

Shelter to the adversely affected

Households with most critical shelter needs
will be identified, prioritising the vulnerable 250 Shelters
