The Aman Foundation Internship Program

For those young people who are looking for an opportunity to bring social impact that transforms lives and want to
establish lasting connections and gain experience, the Aman Foundation Internship Program is a great way to learn the
ins and outs of the social impact world.

Aman opens its doors to bright, talented and passionate individuals to experience six weeks within one of the largest
social sector organizations in Pakistan. The Aman Foundation Internship Program provides our interns with the
opportunity to work with professionals in providing hands on qualitative, quantitative and practical experiences that
will help prepare them in the working world for a better tomorrow.

The program is open to students currently enrolled in Undergraduate/Graduate programs, along with students currently
studying/graduated from A’ Levels.

Outstanding interns are chosen to represent the Aman Foundation as Student Ambassadors outside the community
that will help bring about social impact.

How Can You apply?

• Candidates are required to complete and submit the internship application form. Incomplete application forms will
not be accepted. This application includes details about your education, experience, motivations etc. You will also
be able to indicate the area of work within The Aman Foundation that you are hoping to intern.

• Once the candidates have filled out all fields mentioned in the application form, they are requested to email the

• Aman Leaders delivers on Aman’s vision of attracting the best human capital in Pakistan to strategically address
key socio-economic issues in Pakistan. The program is the first of its kind, rotation-based, and will entail direct field
experience in
• World class leadership training
• Secondments with international development partners
• Development of key operational skills
• Aman Leaders is a two year program carefully designed by global, social and commercial experts to:
• Identify and recruit top Pakistani graduates
• Enable young leaders to affect change by joining the social sector
• Educate tomorrow’s change-makers to solve Pakistan’s problems
• Educate tomorrow’s change-makers to solve Pakistan’s problems
• Aman Leaders get the opportunity to meet seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs including:
• CEOs of multi-national corporations
• Educationalists and activists
• Policy makers
• This gives Aman Leaders exposure to diverse experiences, networking opportunities and individuals
that transform lives.
