Emergency Evacuation Drill (Fire) Drill Plan Scenario Description:
At around 07:00 am on April 4, 2022, @ Siemens site a worker found a smoke and fire near to the 380kv GIS
Building suddenly approach/informed to the Site Manager and safety officer at Siemens site in which they are
checking the site work.
Note : Planning and review all drills should eliminate all risk of actual injury or incident all communication written
and verbal, should start and end with “this is a drill”
Emergency Evacuation Drill (Fire) Drill Plan will start at 08:00 am and will complete at 08:15 am the time

07:00 AM Safety officer are making his Safety Inspection Reports.

07:00 AM Everything runs smoothly at the Site.
07:05 AM Site Manager, and engineers are visiting the site.
7:05 AM visits runs smoothly discussing their routine works
07:14 AM One Technician observed the smoke and fire besides the manhole 1 while arranging plywood

07:15 AM Safety representative informed to Site manager about the fire.

07:16 AM Manual Alarms are used by the Safety officer and inform the Emergency response Team.
07:16 AM Site Manager suspended the site visit and instructs Safety Supervisor to proceed to Assembly
point areatogether with workers.
07:16 AM Site Manager informed the SIEMENS Project Manager
07:20 AM All Occupants (Worker and Staff) were evacuated
07:25 AM Safety Officer Muhammad Atif assist the evacuee to the assemble assembly point and start to
conductHeadcount.

07:28 AM Upon the arrival of emergency team at location, Fire Fighting team starts extinguished fire on the
affected area
07:50 AM Emergency is declared ALL Clear through Fire Warden advised
08:00 AM Site manager inform the workforce to report at the Site to resume work.
