staffed by best talented and motivated human resource that can spearhead government commitment of

All types of organizations, government establishments, business enterprises, hospitals, cooperation,


churches, whether profit making or non-profit making, management is one of the most important
human activities that promote all . organization. In any organization when people work together for the
attainment of a predetermined objective, there is a need for management, that is charged with the
responsibilities of ensuring that the aims and objectives of the organization are realized. Consequently,
since people put in their best efforts in order to achieve organizational aims and objectives, the
management have to understand people that is in that organization, their emotional, physical and
intellectual needs. He has to appreciate that each member of the group has his oen personal needs and
aspiration. The development depends to a very large extent on the caliber of organization and
motivation of its human resources. Human resource management (HRM) is the function within an
organization that focuses on recruitment of, management of and providing direction for the people who
work in the . organization. Human resource management covers a wide range of activities.

Human resource management encompassesthe traditional personnel functions of recruitment,


selection, training, motivation, compensation, evaluation, discipline and termination of employees. Each
of those tasks demands, particular skill, but due to corrupt process of recruitment and selection
whereby the employees are posted wrongly based on the skills they have this has causedAchievement
