    RESOLUTION NO. 02, Series of 2018

    A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE GOV. DOUGLAS RA. CAGAS/


    PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATOR MARC DOUGLAS CHAN CAGAS IV TO ALLOCATE
    FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ( PhP 50,000.00) FOR THE
    PURCHASE OF ONE ( 1 ) SET SOUND SYSTEM ( 2 SPEAKERS, 1 AMPLIFIER WITH
    MIXER) TO BE USED BY HAGONOY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,SITUATED AT BARANGAY
    HAGONOY CROSSING, HAGONOY, DAVAO DEL SUR.

    WHEREAS, HagonoyElementary School situated at Barangay Hagonoy Crossing, Hagonoy, Davao del
    Sur has no quality sound system to be used in any school event. The school keeps on renting sound
    system when there are activities held. Thus, one that the school own was not in use due to old and ;

    WHEREAS, thelocal government lackssufficient funding tobe able to implement the construction of
    Mini- Gymnasium at Hagonoy Elementary School ;

    WHEREAS, the parents,the school site donor , andthe alumni of the school had clamored forthe
    importance of this multi- purpose Mini Gymnasium and recreational facility since there were already
    a substantial number of school activities/events like academic, sports, among others, that were held in
    our school in which we hardly find a suitable venue accommodating and conducive ;

    WHEREAS, our school ground will be easily filled with stagnant water, causing us difficulty to hold
    sports and recreational activities. The same are what experienced during rainy seasons. There are no
    water drainage yet located in the baseline of the school building .

    WHEREFORE, after due deliberation by this Body, and on motion of BOD Dionisio R. Juanico duly
    seconded by BOD JoefelNapala, it was;
    RESOLVED, ASIT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO REQUEST HON. CONGRESSWOMAN
    MERCEDES“ DIDI “ CAGAS TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MINI-
    GYMNASIUM AT HAGONOY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY HAGONOY CROSSING,
    HAGONOY, DAVAO DEL SUR.

    RESOLVEDFINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Hon. Congresswoman
    Mercedes “ Didi “ Chan Cagas for appropriate action and the Barangay Council of Brgy. Hagonoy Crossing for
    proper representation and facilitation.
