GARAGE SPACE LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Lease Agreement was entered by and between:

_________________________________ of legal age, Filipino citizen,

single/married/widow/widower, and a resident of ____________________________________,
hereinafter referred to as “LESSOR”.

-And-

_________________________________ of legal age, Filipino citizen,

single/married/widow/widower, and a resident of ____________________________________,
hereinafter referred to as “LESSEE”.

W I T N E S E T H:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR desires to lease to LESSEE and LESSEE desires to lease from LESSOR the
premises generally described as parking space located at___________________________________, and
it is herein agreed as follows:

1. LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE parking space located at the premises described above and
designated as P2 115 for a term of six (6) months beginning August 22, 2019 and ending
January 22, 2020.

2. LESSEE agrees to pay the amount of _______________________________ (PHP._______________) as

monthly rental on the _______________ day of each month to LESSOR or his agent by mail or in person
at their respective addresses as noted above.

3. Upon receiving any payment of parking space rent in cash, LESSOR agrees to issue a
receipt stating the name of LESSEE, the amount of rent paid the designation of the parking space
and the period for which said rent is paid.

4. LESSEE affirms his understanding that LESSOR does not furnish attendants for the
parking of automobiles, and if any employee of LESSOR shall, at the request of the LESSEE,
handle, move, park or drive any vehicle placed in the parking area, then, and in every case, such
employee shall be deemed the agent of LESSEE, and LESSEE, not the LESSOR, shall be liable for
any loss, damage, injury or expense that may be suffered or sustained in connection therewith or
arising from the acts of LESSEE or any employee who may be acting as agent of LESSEE.

5. LESSOR is not responsible for items left in any vehicle parked in the designated
space.
