Important Instructions :-
1. Check the Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of the APPSC immediately.
2. Bring the Admit Card (print out) along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is
mentionedin the Admit Card each session to secure admission to Examination Hall. Admit Card must be
preserved till the declaration of the final results of Examination.
3. YOU ARE TO REACH THE EXAMINATION CENTRE/VENUE AS GIVEN ABOVE AT LEAST AN
HOUR BEFORE THE EXAMINATION.
4. Your candidature has been accepted provisionally and it will be subject to production of original
certificate at the time of Interview/Viva-Voce.
5. Candidate must report to their respective Examination Centre latest by 9 AM in the Morning Session.
6. Entry into the Examination venue shall be closed 10 minutes before the scheduled commencement of
the Examination i.e., 9:50 A.M .Commission will not show any leniency for the delayed candidates.
7. You will not be allowed to appear the next paper/Subject, if you have missed/not appeared the previous
paper /Subject of the Examination.
8. Bringing of any personal belongings (Mobile phone, Wrist watch, Money purse, Calculator or any
other objectionable articles) are strictly prohibited inside the premises of the examination center.
The commission will not be responsible for the loss in this regard.
9. Candidate should not write anything on the admit card, OMR sample or envelope. Violation of this will be
treated as cheating and strict action will be taken.
10. The candidates must be seated on their respective seats even after the completion of
examination time. You will be allowed to leave, by invigilators only after all Answer scripts/OMR
sheets are collected/deposited.
11. The commission reserves the right to amend, revise and re-issue these instructions at any time during
the examination process.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:-
1. Candidate must note that his/her admission to the examination is purely provisional and if his/her
ineligibility is detected at any stage he/she will not be allowed to take examination or called for interview
or recommended for appointment even if he/she appeared at the examination/interview.
2. The candidates should not take any objectionable articles inside the examination hall/room.
3. The candidates should carefully read and follow the instructions on the cover of his/her answer
sheets/OMR sheets.
4. The candidate must not write his/her name or anything else on the answer sheet except the specific
information asked for. If he/she does, will be penalized.
5. A bell will ring at the beginning of the examination and at every 1(one) hour. A long warning bell will also
be given 5(five) minutes before the closing time. The candidates must not continue to mark or revise
his/her answer after the expiry of allotted time. The candidate, who is found doing so will be penalized
6. The Centre Superintendent of the examination will be the time keeper and his/her decision in this regard
is final.
7. No candidate should leave the examination hall/room unless permitted by the invigilator to do so. Before
leaving he/she must hand over the following to the invigilators: -
- a.Answer-sheet
- b.Sheet for rough work (working sheet) if any.
8. Smoking or drinking tea, etc. inside the examination hall/room is strictly prohibited.
9. Exchanging of pen, pencil, eraser or any other article including question papers and answer sheet is
strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
10. Candidates intending to go to the bathroom will be escorted by an invigilator. Under no circumstances
should a candidate go to bathroom unescorted. While going to the bathroom the candidate should keep
his/her answer sheet and rough work upside down. He/she must not carry any examination material e.g.,
Test booklet, Answer Sheet for rough work with him/her to the bathroom.
11. No candidate will be allowed to go to the bathroom during the last 30 minutes of the examination in each
session (if there’s any).
12. There should not be any writing on the admit card, OMR sample or in the envelope. Violation of this will
be treated as cheating.
13. Candidate should come to examination center in advance as there will be frisking at the gate of
examination center.
14. Candidate will not be allowed to leave examination hall until expiry of the full allotted time for the paper.
15. Wearing of mask/face shield/face cover is mandatory for all candidates. Candidates without mask/face
cover will not be allowed entry inside the center.
16. Candidates however will have to remove their mask/face cover for verification, whenever required by the
Examination functionaries.
17. Candidate may carry his/her own hand sanitizer (small size) in transparent bottle and drinking water
bottle.
18. . Candidates to follow Covid-19 norms of social distancing as well as ‘personal hygiene’ inside the
Examination Halls/Rooms well as in the premises of the Venue.

20. Candidates must bring their own Blue/Black Ball Pen.
