What are the parts of the Circulatory system?
Two pathways come from the heart:
1. The pulmonary circulation is a short loop from the heart to the lungs and back again.
2. The systemic circulation carries blood from the heart to all the other parts of the body and back again.
There are four main blood vessels that take blood into and out of the heart.
1. Aorta
2. Vena Cava
3. Pulmonary Artery
4. Pulmonary Vein

If you smoke, quit.

Note: Let the doctor know if you have any chest pain, trouble breathing, or dizzy or fainting spells; or if you
feel like your heart sometimes goes really fast or skips a beat.
