AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, MARY GRACE P. SISON, of legal age and presently residing Blk 3, Lot 13,
Kava St., Jubilation Home Village South, Brgy. Zapote, Biñan City, Laguna after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

That I am the private complainant in Criminal Case against JAMELA

VARGAS MAHILUM.;

That after thorough soul searching, I found out that the filing of the instant
case against JAMELA VARGAS MAHILUM arose from pure misapprehension of
facts of the incident and/or misunderstanding between us;

That because of this, I wish to state that I am no longer interested in the

further prosecution of the case against JAMELA VARGAS MAHILUM.;

That I am not coerced, forced, intimidated or promised any reward, and that I
am executing this Affidavit with my own volition and free will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hands this 11 th day of April 2022 at
