Bus lines must service at least 50% of the most densely-populated areas of Wonder City.

KR1 The project is intended to help improve wait times and increase ridership by 10%.
KR3 At least 4 marketing campaigns to be included in a year to promote the new lines.
Stops along the new bus lines must connect neighboring suburbs to downtown and public resource
KR2 facilities.
