for secondary side of the transformer of rating 690KVA, 3.3kV/433VAC:

1. Tripping Conditions of NGR Fail-Safe Relay with Neutral Grounding Resistor Monitoring Relay and
Ground Fault(Earth Fault) Monitoring Relay of 0 to 750 mAmp, Aux. Supply of the Relay: 80V to 230V
AC. Green LED for Relay Healthy and Red LED for Trip.

iii) Neutral Grounding Resistor Connection Open
iv) Phase to Earth Fault
v) Faulty current is display
vi) In All Fault of the Transformer Neutral terminal and Ground Terminal Primary or Secondary
breaker will trip.
vii) In All Fault of the Transformer Neutral terminal and Ground Terminal Buzzer will Operated.
viii) Test and Reset Push Button Mounted on Cover For NGR System Check, No external power supply or
test equipment is required.
ix) Neutral Earth Fault relay.

7) Spike Protection Unit:
a) Spike Protection Unit to protect from spikes due to lightening, sudden change in heavy loads.
b) Protect from Voltage Fluctuation.
c) Epoxy Molded 15 KV Isolated Transformer to protection circuit of Fail Safe Relay.
8) The Complete NGR set must full fill the CERA-2010 or latest.
9) The NGR should be supplied with Wiring diagram of Neutral Grounding resistor & Ground Fault
relay and Complete Manual with spare parts list.
10)The Monitoring and Protection relay should trip the system (FAIL SAFE)
a) Open circuit of the Resistance or increase of ohmic value by 150% that of original
ohmic value breaker should trip.
b) Open circuit of the Transformer Neutral terminal and Ground Terminal breaker
should trip.

Special terms for Servicing and commissioning:

1) THE NGR UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETE DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, SUPPLY, COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF
COMPLETE SET OF NEUTRAL GROUND RESISTOR, FAIL-SAFE RELAY WITH NEUTRAL GROUNDING RESISTOR,
MONITORING RELAY & GROUND FAULT RELAY SYSTEM IN THE SCOPE OF SUPPLIER.
2) ITEMS ARE GUARANTEE FOR 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF COMMISSIONING ANY FAULT ARISING WITHIN THE
GUARANTEE PERIOD WILL BE RECTIFIED WITHIN 15 DAYS.
3) PARTY SHALL BE INFORMED IN ADVANCE REGARDING DATE OF COMMISSIOING AFTER SUPPLY OF MATERIAL
AND IT HAS TO DEPUTE AN ENGINEER FOR COMMISSIOING & TESTING JOBS AT SITE AT NO EXTRA COST
