on Internet of Things for maintaining the engine of the vehicle. This system is able to check the purity level of the engine oil,
monitoring the level of oil in the engine. The methodology of engine operation is also monitored by the proposed system. It is based
on a unique approach of spectrophotometry customized with white LED. The lubricant oil of the engine is assessed by the developed
invention both quantitatively and qualitatively. This measured data is in turn useful in analyzing the engine life cycle and thereby its
maintenance as the carbon footprint is predicted by the proposed system. Experimentation of the proposed smart system is done on a
four stroke IC engine where the light dependent sensor operating at a range of 500-600 nm acts as a detector with sensitivity lesser
than 90%. This smart invention provides the merits of portability and affordability.

(57) Abstract :
Rapid growth of population along with their aging has led to major issue as health care of elders throughout the world. Technology plays significant
role in improving the quality of care service along with decreased manpower burden at low cost. Several entrepreneurs from health care industry
have started seeking the assistance of technology for solving the issue of elderly care. This invention proposes IoT (Internet of Things) based health
care system using wearable devices for generating notification of any abnormalities. Physiological parameters are recorded by wearable devices such
as body tag, smart clothes and health watch which collect raw data which is then updated to the database for generating the personal report of
elder™s health analysis. If any abnormal value above the threshold, then the care notification system generates alerts and sent to care takers of the
elders. Health management of elders with high blood sugar and high pressure becomes feasible by this invention as the care takers are able to get
regular notifications about the condition of the elders at low cost with higher accuracy compared to conventional systems.

(57) Abstract :
ABSTRACT Our Invention DS-SYSTEM• is a diagnosis of brain cancer is much complex and essential job that need to be
performed correctly and proficiently and also accurate and fast automatic detection of brain tumors from MR images is an important
step for computer aided diagnosis, optimized treatment, and surgical planning. However, none uniformity of the tumor location, size,
and shape makes it a difficult problem to be automated. There are series of different types of medical test results are necessary for
detecting brain cancer. Practically, classification techniques are used in the field of medical sciences. Most data mining methods from
classification category are used as the applied prediction techniques. Therefore, a predictive detection system is proposed that can
take benefits from medical database and DSS. Through using that system, we will be able to categorize the patients into different
categories and figure out brain cancer into obese/non obese patients. The core purpose of this research is to apply data mining
technique for extracting hidden patterns, which are important in early detection of brain cancer in obese/non obese patients. For this
we are identifying key attributes which are more relevant in relation for brain cancer detection, applying decision tree for predicting
brain cancer. Automated classification and detection of tumors in different medical images is motivated by the necessity of high
accuracy when dealing with a human life. Also, the computer assistance is demanded in medical institutions due to the fact that it
could improve the results of humans in such a domain where the false negative cases must be at a very low rate. It has been proven
that double reading of medical images could lead to better tumor detection. But the cost implied in double reading is very high,
that™s why good software to assist humans in medical institutions is of great interest nowadays. Conventional methods of monitoring
and diagnosing the diseases rely on detecting the presence of particular features by a human observer. Due to large number of patients
in intensive care units and the need for continuous observation of such conditions, several techniques for automated diagnostic
systems have been developed in recent years to attempt to solve this problem. Such techniques work by transforming the mostly
qualitative diagnostic criteria into a more objective quantitative feature classification problem. Here the automated classification of
brain magnetic resonance images by using some prior knowledge like pixel intensity is proposed. Currently there are no methods
widely accepted therefore automatic and reliable methods for tumor detection are of great need and interest. The application of PNN
in the classification of data for MR images problems are not fully utilized yet. This research speedup the detection process as well as
helpful to get the early treatment to the patients of the brain tumor and also saves the life of the patient. This system also works as a
guide or helps for the doctor to improve the diagnosis as well as also gives the consistency.

AN APPARATUS FOR PLANT EXTRACTION The present invention relates to an improved plant extraction unit by utilizing steam
distillation process. The object of the proposed invention is to provideplant extraction unitutilizing steam distillation separation
process which consists of distilling water together with other volatile and non-volatile components. The steam from the boiling water
carries the vapor of the volatiles to a condenser, where both are cooled and return to the liquid or solid state; while the non-volatile
residues remain behind in the boiling container. Steam distillation can be used when the boiling point of the substance to be extracted
is higher than that of water, and the starting material cannot be heated to that temperature because of decomposition or other
unwanted reactions. It may also be useful when the amount of the desired substance is small compared to that of the non-volatile
residues. It is often used to separate volatile essential oils from plant material. Following invention is described in detail with the help
of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing basic diagram of proposed invention.

ABSTRACT A Non-symmetric under cambered extended flap vortex generator Airfoil comprises of a 2-Dimensional structure with
slight touch of a scalene triangle on the leading edge with a tangential joint of arc and a spline-curve followed by a sharp straight fall
and spline cure which creates another fin-type structure at the trailing edge. Due to airfoil shape, the flow of air over this airfoil is
uniform and laminar which then is supported by the Mach number. The present invention is related to the REDESIGNED airfoil
system for Unmanned aerial vehicles and has the fundamental objective to provide increased values of lift over a variety range of lift-
to-drag ratios for relatively low Mach. Rc aircraft, as in taking off, climbing and landing, and is also engineered to reduce drag. in the
normal high speed, to provide optimum lift-to-drag for a considerably high economy with increased loads, range, altitude, and speeds,
and is further successful to maintain conditions of relative flow stability about the airfoil throughout the attainable flight range. This
invention relates to the core of an aircraft and deals with this issue and resolves the same. The performance of the wing is directly
proportional to the design of the airfoil hence the performance is enhanced, Which can highly benefit the Uav Sector as the

Indoor air quality improvement has been an arduous task to every member of its respective field. To put it in another way, there are
numerous number of studies is being sorted out to enhance the indoor air quality as it matters a lot when it comes to HVAC unit, there
are people who suffering from a various sort of diseases that are strongly related to skin, lungs and so on.it has been highly considered
that air pollution plays quite lethal role onto it. Furthermore, coronavirus is spreading like a lightning speed that causes a death to
many individuals and the counting is still going on. To address the issues, many educationalists have invented different kind of
strategies to escalate indoor air quality. On the other hand, these are not considered effectively because it has not working in well to
alleviate such viruses, fungi, mold, bacteria which are detrimental to human beings. Paradoxically, indoor air quality control via UV
technology in air conditioning unit is surprisingly working to eradicate each and every kind of bacteria exist in the HVAC unit. In
other words, the team has discovered an entirely new technique to death with an acute problem. UV Germicidal Lights has power to
demolish every miniature viruses from its root. To be specific, UV light can be divided into UV-A, UV-B and UV-C (a wavelength of
200 to 275 nm), according to its variety, UV-c rays destroy the DNA makeup of viruses, mold, fungi and bacteria and play a role in
disinfection and sterilization. The team is going to implement that isolated UV chamber exactly after the HEPA filter to ensure the
enhanced quality flow of the air.

(57) Abstract :
Wireless communication is an essential part of communication technologies. In Wireless Communication the data has been
transmitted with the help of the wireless mediums and receiver will receive data based on the frequency band allocated to both. The
antenna plays an eminent role in wireless communication because it encodes the message and send it to the receiver. An antenna is
considered as a structure associated with the transition region between guided wave and free space wave. We have designed smart
hexagonal slot multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna for wideband applications. In MIMO antenna at a time dual band
signals are transmitted and dual band signals are received. The proposed smart antenna makes them more energy efficient as it filters
the radiation pattern and improves the gain and directivity of the antenna. The proposed smart version is only possible due to adaptive
signal processing algorithms. We have implemented least mean square (LMS) adaptive signal processing algorithm. The purpose of
the antenna is mainly in the field of wireless communication technology.

(57) Abstract :
Smart technologies in Healthcare exhibit a significant advancement to ease the storage of patient™s medical records to enable an
accurate flawless database system. Not only a patient report must be recorded with the previous report in a health care unit, but also
should be accessible by the general practitioner and the patient using smart devices and systems. To make the data sharing immutable,
robust, decentralize, and secure, blockchain technology is deployed in the database storage system. With the aid of IoT devices and
sensors, a block with new medical records of the patients is created by the health care laboratory clinical technicians in the blockchain
database system. A huge volume of data is stored by deploying a cloud via a gateway interface that connects to smart devices of the
patient and related medical healthcare provider systems in a peer-to-peer network. After authorization, the new medical record is
attached to the database system which has the existing medical record of the patient. This offers transparency and privacy to the
electronically linked blocks of the patient record.

(57) Abstract :
Serious challenges are viewed in low voltage distribution network operators due to growing interest in distributed energy sources such
as electric vehicles. The network performance is degraded due to continuous charging of electric vehicles acting as a key factor for
the imbalance in the network of smart grids in terms of voltage profile, energy loss and voltage unbalance. Centralized controller
approach for charging and discharging of EVs can mitigate such negative impacts on the network performance. Internet of Things
(IoT) plays a major role in coordinating these active EVs with convenience to the users. This invention proposes IoT based
centralized controller with simpler communication infrastructure and lesser data overhead as this system utilizes differential evolution
optimization algorithm which does not requires data of all EVs. This control strategy is able to improve the performance of the
network such as energy loss, neutral current, voltage imbalance and node voltage. This method provides convenience both in terms of
performance and lighter processing overhead for the users.

(57) Abstract :
In rural India, farmers face big challenges in spraying pesticides, crop dusting, seed sowing, diagnosing plant growth problems etc. In
addition to this, there are a lot of crop damages due to locust attack. The current methods for spraying pesticides using drones,
helicopters etc, not only incur a huge expense but are also ineffective in case of a migration of swarms of locusts. Moreover, these
methods can have an adverse effect on environment. The conventional drone has their motors pointed upwards and their spray nozzles
pointed downwards and there are high chances that the locust settles on top of the drone and damage the exposed components. Hence
an innovative method is the need of the hour & proposed is a multi-purpose sprayer using a Fixed Wing Aircraft with better
endurance and flight time. The present invention has a nitro engine in horizontal direction and also a spray pump in the same
direction. Hence with the help of backward thrust of the motor the sprayed liquid splits 1800 horizontally making it more effective.
This prototype is semi-automatic and has the capability to spray any required chemicals at 1800 direction unlike conventional drones
which can spray at 900. The prototype has an inbuilt flight controller which analyzes all parameters required during flight like
altitude, speed and GPS location. Also, this controller will help us to make the flight completely automatic. The flight has a capability
to fly in any climatic condition and carry a pay load up to 1.5 Kg. The prototype is designed in such a way that it is easy for a
beginner to learn and fly the flight and it requires up to 250 meters of unpaved land to take off or land. This proto type will also help
to reduce their expenses as the manufacturing and maintenance cost is very less.

MINIMAL MACHINE VISION SETUP FOR AUTOMOBILE PART INSPECTION USING MASK BASED R-CNN AND
DIGITAL MICROSCOPE (MMVSAPI) ABSTRACT: Detection of surface defects such as pitting, streaking, scratches and dents in
anodized automobile components conveyed in a serial production line is a tedious task due to the time consumption in manual
inspection, reflective surface-furnish of the part and moreover-the minute dimension of these defects. These parts need to be fully
functional as they play a vital role in the performance of vehicles, and if defective may lead to deadly hazards such as bursting
explosion under high pressure and combustion. The novelty in the proposed system is to minimise the hardware involved in a typical
Machine Vision setup, and enhance processing through software thus making the system completely automated, versatile, cheap, and
accurate. Understanding the effect of computational time in these high-speed conveyor belts, Mask R-CNN algorithm is adopted for
defect detection allowing us not only to bound the defects with boxes, but also provide pixel-level instance segmentation. Eventually,
a multi-label classifier differentiates the. components as defective (or) non-defective, and if found to be defective, further predicts the
type of defect too.

(57) Abstract :
Abstract Concrete plays the most prominent role in the structural construction works, it is the most widely used as a construction
material throughout the world. Based on the global usage, concrete is placed at second position over water. It plays a very significant
role in the shaping our environment and sustainability of the construction industry. Ever since its discovery has become indispensable
in construction practices, owing to its durable, reliable and workable properties. The name concrete is derived from the Latin term
concretes meaning ˜grows together™ hinting at the chemical hydration process that causes the material inside to grow together from
a visco-elastic state into a hard, dense and durable product. There are numerous plans of solid, which give differing properties, and
cement is the most-utilized man-made item on the planet. Meanwhile we are not allowed to complete the natural resource usage in
concrete. We have some waste materials which were not useful in that pattern of works. One of those materials is Bethamcherla
marble stone aggregates as replacement of coarse aggregate in concrete. This paper represents the study of compressive strength of
concrete for different combinations. The comparison is made between conventional aggregate cubes and cubes made with
Bethamcherla marble stone aggregates (BMSA). The cubes of varying proportions are casted replacing partially and totally natural
granite coarse aggregate (NGCA) with using BMSA. The cubes are tested by adding GI steel fibre of volume 0%, 1% and 2% of
volume of conventional cube. It is observed that there is consistent decrease of compressive strength of concrete of 0, 25, 50, 75 and
100 % of replacement of natural granite coarse aggregate (NGCA) with Bethamcherla marble stone aggregates. It was also observed
that strength increased (volume) when 1% and 2% of GI steel fibers were used compared with conventional cube.

(57) Abstract :
Abstract The process of Friction Stir Spot Welding (FSSW) is a solid-state amalgamation process. Here for joining the materials of
similar or dissimilar, no filler material is required as the heat is developed between the tool and the work piece. An effective testing
has been done and investigation is conducted on a milling machine for joining aluminum of grade 6082 and 4100. In this paper, EN31
and EN19 tools materials are used with a profile of taper thread for joining the 4100 & 6082 aluminum alloy plates by FSSW with
varying feed, rotational speed and inclinational angle of the tool. It is evaluated that tensile strength is more for EN31 Taper thread
tool of FSS weldment joints of dissimilar metal than EN19 Taper thread tool used.

(57) Abstract :
The human breath contains several hundred volatile organic compounds (VOCs) withconcentrations ranging from part-per-irillion
(ppt) to part-per-million (ppm). The cellular and biochemical origin of many of these VOCs has not been determined and some of
them might be of exogenous origin. The acetone concentration in the breath varies from 300 to 900 ppb in healthy people to more
than 1800 ppb in individuals with diabetes. Therefore, acetone can act as a biomarker for metabolic conditions in the bloodstream. In
certain cases such as fasting, exercising and being diabetic, the liver produces ketones to act as an additional energy source, which are
then metabolized into acejone and other ketone bodies. Using breath analysis techniques, acetone concentrations hvexhaled breath
have been shown to correlate with the acetone concentrations in the blood(as well as with other ketones such as beta-hydroxybutyrate.
In addition, it is also found that the level of blood glucose can be correlated to the volatile organic compound levels such as acetone.
Measurement of acetone from breath can allow a better diagnostic control of a patients diabetic condition than through the use of
blood glucose measurements alone. For analysis of glucose levels from the breath, a mouth piece is designed and the scnsorscan be
placed inside the mouth piece for calculating voltage, resistance, pressure, temperature and humidity. Flow rate and volume of breath
blow into the mouth piece cant be controlled and are different Tor each person. To compensate this, the effects of pressure,
temperature andhumidity levels have been considered for each and every person apart from the actual parameters. The basic principle
of operation of these gas sensors is the change in their conductivities due to interactions with oxidizing and reducing gas molecules. A
data set of 1000 samples has been created which contains the comparison between the glucose content estimation using acetone gas
and the glucose content estimation using invasive Technology. The sensor data obtained is now transmitted into an artificial neural
network model to estimate the exact glucose content. The calculated Glucose content can be displayed in the watch and send to the
network for storage.

(57) Abstract :
Abstract The invention is all about using the hydrogen gas as fuel for automobiles in reversible process and hence it is known as
Reversible Hydrogen Fuel Cell. Electrolysis is a promising option for hydrogen production from renewable resources. Water reacts at
the anode to form oxygen and positively charged hydrogen ions (protons). The electrons flow through an external circuit and the
hydrogen ions selectively move to the cathode. At the cathode, hydrogen ions combine with electrons from the external circuit to
form hydrogen. Hydrogen, when reacted with oxygen releases electricity from hydrogen cells and produces water and heat as the by-
products. A major attraction of hydrogen is its compatibility with fuel cells and their high energy efficiencies in converting chemical
hydrogen (with oxygen) to electricity (and heat) generation. This electricity is used to run the automobiles.

(57) Abstract :
Environmental monitoring systems are often designed to measure and log the current status of an environment or to establish trends in
environmental parameters. In this paper, we proposed an autonomous robotic system that is designed and implemented to monitor
environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and harmful gas concentration. The robot has GPS coordinates,
and it can store data on the Thing Speak IoT platform. The mobile robot is controlled by a smart phone which runs an app built on the
Android platform. The whole system is realized using a cost-effective ARM-based embedded system called Arduino and Raspberry
Pi which communicates through a wireless network to the IoT platform, where data are stored, processed and can be accessed using a
computer or any smart device from anywhere. The system can update sensor data to IoT server every 15 seconds. The stored data can
be used for further analysis of the reduction of pollution, save energy and provide an over all living environment enhancement. The
robotic system has designed for cost-effective remote monitoring environmental parameters without any human intervention toavoid
health risk efficiently. A proof-of-concept prototype has been developed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed system.

(57) Abstract :
Indian economy is always dependent on agriculture. Paddy cultivation plays an essential part in it. 18% of gross domestic product
(GDP) is contributed by the agriculture industries and also it has 50% employment of the country™s total workforce. For the past two
decades, automobile and IT industries are growing in a very fast manner due to this most of the young people are attracted to these
industries. It creates a massive demand for skilled labours for agriculture. Also, it is very difficult for farmers to get skilled labours
during the monsoon season. It does not have the automatic movement control facilities and it is important to reduce the cost of the
machine. To keep this in mind, we developed a SIRTM (Smart and Intelligent based Rice Transplanting Machine) for rice
transplanting and it will overcome the above-mentioned issues by automatically move around and plants the rice in the paddy fields.
Current rice transplanting machines are high in cost and also most of the farmers are interested to purchase such a machine for
plantation purpose. SIRTM has the automatic guiding system using LORA and camera to detect the boundaries and based on the
detection, it triggers the SIRTM to move either left or right depending on the longitudinal and latitude values to plant the rice.

(57) Abstract :
Abstract The inclined interior interfacial in metallic structures subjected to mechanical loading in severe environmental conditions
experiences the different range of Temperatures. The inclined interior interfaces are not uncommon in steel structures fabricated with
steel cables, trusses and plates with different grades of material. Thermal loading plays considerable role in the design of structural
component. The steel structures have to be designed for thermal loading and mechanical loading. Designing of the component thermal
loading need to be converted in to its equivalent mechanical stress. Keeping in view this study has been proposed using Finite
Element analysis method using FRANC 2D software, Thermal equivalence to mechanical stress through interfacial fracture
mechanics approach of empirical model. To determine the influence of the material properties on the thermal load to mechanical
stress of bi-material inclined interior interface based on energy release rate which compete the resistance of material is the main
objective.

(57) Abstract :
Wind energy is one of the renewable energy sources available in nature, which is generated using wind turbine system. This invention
focuses on direct power control of wind turbine system operation at variable speed and constant frequency based on Internet of
Things by proportional integral sliding mode control. This work results in optimal production of power by tracking the point of
maximum power even when there is turbulent wind flow. The proposed controller involves two sub components namely a smart
proportional integral module for compensating online disturbances and a module in sliding mode for the estimating errors due to
circumventing disturbances. A direct power control of wind turbine system is proposed based on Internet of Things by proportional
integral sliding mode control by the extended state observer which is integrated in the system for estimating the uncertain dynamics of
the system. This system is tested on the platform of FAST/Simulink for a wind turbine system operating at 5 MW. The proposed
system outperforms conventional proportional integral controller.

(57) Abstract :
The invention relates to variants of interleukin-2 (IL2). In one embodiment, the IL2 variants activate effector T cells over regulatory T
cells. In particular, the invention relates to a polypeptide comprising a mutein of human IL2 or of a functional variant of human IL2,
wherein the human IL2 or functional variant thereof is substituted at at least a position having an acidic or basic amino acid residue in
wild type human IL2 that contacts the alpha subunit of the a? IL2 receptor complex (?12?a?). Alternatively, the mutein of human IL2
or of a functional variant of human IL2 comprises at least (i) one or more amino acid substitutions which reduce the affinity for the
alpha subunit of?_2?a? and (ii) one or more amino acid substitutions which enhance the affinity for?_2??. The invention also relates
to polynucleotides coding for the polypeptides of the invention, host cells comprising the polynucleotides, pharmaceutical
compositions comprising the polypeptides, polynucleotides or host cells, therapeutic or prophylactic methods of treatment using the
polypeptides, polynucleotides, host cells or pharmaceutical compositions and medical preparations comprising the polypeptides,
polynucleotides, host cells or pharmaceutical compositions.

(57) Abstract :
An improved method of measuring the angle of inclination and depth of surface breaking inclined cracks in a simple geometry
component, the method comprising the steps of providing an ultrasonic measuring device including one each transmitter and receiver
probe (T, R; ABT, ABR) for scanning the surface of a substrate, the center-to-center spacing of the probe being selected such that the
incident beam axis and the diffracted beam axis meet at the bottom tip of at least 10 mm deep of the surface breaking crack; carrying
out a scanning by moving the probe pair across the crack initially from the uncracked portion on the left hand side to the cracked
portion and sUbsequently moving the probe pair to the uncracked portion on the right hand side to produce a B-scan image haVing a
diffraction arc, the scanning generating discontinuous lateral wave signal (LWS) and bottom tip-diffracted signal (DW5) due to
sUrface-breaking inclined crack, angle of inclination causing the B-scan image to exhibit a shift in the peak portion of the diffraction
arc (P2) from the tip portion of the crack (P1); carrying out a corresponding A-scanning by placing the cursor (CR) at a plurality of
locations (B,C,D,E) in the B-scan image and outputiing the corresponding A-scan signals, the difference between the cursor positions
D and B indicating a scan length of probe pair (T,R), while keeping the crack in between them; determining the mid point of the
discontinuous portion of the lateral wave signal (LWS) being the difference between position D and B in B-scan image, wherein exact
position of D and B are determined from the corresponding A-scan images when both lateral wave (LWS) and diffracted signals
(DWS) are visible and their amplitudes become
