Job Description
Pepperfry is looking for an HR Business Analyst who will help us build HR processes and scalable mechanisms for our
Human Resources team. The role requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of building and implementing
dashboards, defining measurement mechanisms & success measures, and reporting business performance on a
regular basis.
Role Responsibilities
▪ Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses
▪ Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key
business decisions
▪ Collecting data on payroll inputs/outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, TA Funnel
and exit interviews
▪ Display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
▪ Generate ad hoc reports to support various business needs and partner with other business units to create scalable
solutions for reoccurring requests
▪ Synthesize data to provide impactful insights and process improvement recommendations

▪ Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
