Location Mumbai (Relocation paid by Pepperfry for candidates from outside Mumbai)
Working Days 5 Days a Week

Job Description
Pepperfry is looking for an HR Business Analyst who will help us build HR processes and scalable mechanisms for our
Human Resources team. The role requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of building and implementing
dashboards, defining measurement mechanisms & success measures, and reporting business performance on a
regular basis.
Role Responsibilities
▪ Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses
▪ Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key
business decisions
▪ Collecting data on payroll inputs/outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, TA Funnel
and exit interviews
▪ Display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
▪ Generate ad hoc reports to support various business needs and partner with other business units to create scalable
solutions for reoccurring requests
▪ Synthesize data to provide impactful insights and process improvement recommendations

Desired Skills and Competencies


▪ 2+ years relevant experience in financial/business analysis
▪ Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
▪ Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
▪ Excellent written and verbal communications skills - able to interface with all levels of the organization, specific
strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations

Associated Behaviors
▪ Self-driven and possess the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance or supervision
▪ Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
