Extensive experience in international projects, in project management, administrative, legal assistance and
organizational roles, in key areas of Justice System of Kosovo (20 years), and two years in Economic

Support for rule of law work program, on all Rule of Law CSSF and Projects (currently managing Project
‘Monitoring the judicial and prosecutorial systems in Kosovo and assisting in the Project “Strengthening the
judicial system of Kosovo”)
Assist in designing projects and identifying partners, maintain close contact with stakeholders and project
implementers, direct project management and assistance in project management (both), contribute to
quarterly and annual reports, business delivery plan, assist in drafting implementer project results frameworks,
implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs and outcome, review
and collaborate with Implementer on project deliverables. Administrative and project financial oversight from
the donor position (preparing documents for signing contracts and contract addenda, scrutinizing ABBs,
checking if the spend is in line with forecast and deliverables and there is value for money, passing
implementer’s invoices for payments to FCDO)

Contribution to the Corporate Department work (5% of annual objectives): Beyondplastic Champion in the
British Embassy Pristina for the past 3-4 years (– As a Green Champion for Beyond Plastic, a pledge of
Foreign Commonwealth Office pledge to remove all single use plastic from all of its Posts everywhere in the
World by 2021, I have designed also a Project to do a campaign to remove single use plastic also from the
British Embassy Projects Implementing Companies and NGOs in Kosovo, which are funded from the FCO
CSSF Programme) support Annual Brit Talks (similar to TED talks) and Queens birthday party (QBP) for 4-
5 years. Currently member of the Wellbeing Committee.

Job description:
▪ Assist EROL Staff in performing legal, statistical, and documentary research and analysis related to
international standards and Kosovo law.
▪ Assist EROL staff in coordinating trainers and participating in all activities related to training.
▪ Translate legal and other documents from English to Albanian or vice versa.
▪ Draft correspondence and other documents for review by EROL staff; Other duties as assigned.

Specific accomplished duties in this capacity in EROL Program:

Main duties pertained to Component 3 of this Program- Improve Professionalism of Justice System Actors,
with emphasis on the Kosovo Judicial Institute and Kosovo Constitutional Court activities and Component 1
of this Program – Effective Operations of Justice Sector Institutions.
