How to redeem your staff discount

1. Visit Aesop.com and login into your account

2. Add selected products to your cart
3. Check the subtotal amount to confirm your discount is working
4. Proceed through checkout to complete your purchase

Cross-border purchasing

Your staff discount will work when purchasing internationally. The discount rate that will apply to your cart will be
the same as the rate available in your home region. For example, if you are based in Australia, and purchasing on
the French website, the Australian discount rate will apply to your cart.

Multiple discount rates

Most products qualify for the default rate that is offered in your country, although there are some exceptions in
which a reduced rate will apply. When purchasing online, the website can only support one discount rate per
order. This means that if you wish to purchase products with multiple discount rates, you will need to place
separate orders for each rate. You can refer to the table below for a list of products with a reduced rate.
