KRT 1. School-Based Management

● Conducted online classes and kumustahan sessions


● Printed, sorted and distributed Homeroom Guidance modules of students to their
parents/guardians.
● Monitored the conduct of online classes for Homeroom Guidance and Career Guidance
● Adapted the Multiple Career Development Pathways (MDCP) Toolkit developed by
SEAMEO INNOTECH for the SHS students
● Sorted and checked students’ outputs
● Conducted individual or group sessions to walk-in or referred learners (January-March)

KRT 2. National Competency-Based Teacher Standards

● Attended all Division Conferences/Webinars in Psychosocial, Mental Health, Guidance and


Counseling
● Participated in the webinar on National Training on Homeroom Guidance (HG) by the
Department of Education
● Participated in the Webinar on Challenges In and Importance of Understanding the
Epidemiology of COVID-19 by the National Institute of Health Research and Development,
Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia
● Participated in the webinars on Best Fit Therapeutic Practices During the COVID-19
Contagion and CRASH COURSE: Guidance and Counseling by the Philippine Guidance
and Counseling Association
● Participated in the webinar on Kumusta? Mga Hinaing at Hinahain sa Panahon ng
COVID-19 by the Institute of Philippine Culture, School of Social Sciences, Ateneo de
Manila University
● Participated in the webinar on Positivity Amidst Adversity (The FRAMES Model) by
Wundt Psychological Institute
● Participated in the Advanced OER Proficiency Webinar
● Participated in the E-Book Development Using Kotobee Author
● Participated in LAC Sessions and accomplished LDM modules
● Participated in Psychosocial and Mental Health Webinar

KRT 3. Quality Assurance and Accountability

● Oriented parents and guardians on the implementation of new normal education


● Implemented Continuing Education Program to ensure the provision of continuing education
to all learners
● Updated the Child Protection Policy and Anti-Bullying Policy
● Secured the files and reports in the Guidance Office
● Prepared the Consolidated Child Protection Reports
● Awarded Fifth Place (Secondary Category) as School Guidance Designate in the Search for
the Best Implemeter of the Guidance Counseling Program (Division Level) in SDO Urdaneta
City
● Awarded First Place (Secondary Category) as School Guidance Designate in the Search for
the Best Implemeter of the Guidance Counseling Program (Cluster Level) in SDO Urdaneta
City
● Conducted Mobile Graduation and Completion Program
● Accomplished LESF and attained 100% enrollment rate.
● Performed other Guidance related tasks as required

KRT 4. Improved Impact on Learning Outcomes

● Improved the physical aspect of the Guidance Office


 Maintained the cleanliness of the Guidance Office, classroom, and territory
● Provided an information board about the available Guidance Services
 Updated the contents of the Guidance Bulletin Board
● Implemented safety protocols in the school
(Provision of foot bath, alcohol/hand sanitizer, face masks, face shields, thermal scanner,
and disinfectants)

KRT 5. Institutional Culture Change

● Coordinated with barangay officials in Anonas in the implementation of School Continuing


Education Program
● Continued the conduct of Project Makabansa to mold the students to be nationalistic and to
be proud of being a Filipino
● Conducted bible verse studies and provided reflection sessions for the students
