opportunity to choose a mental illness
to complete an awareness poster on.
This can be something we learned
about in class, or one of their own
choices (pre approved by the teacher
first). Students must also write their
name and mental illness on the
signup sheet, no more than 2 people
per topic.
5. The poster must include the name of
mental illness, symptoms of that
illness, ways to prevent it / seek help,
and a hotline number if applicable.
Students must also make sure to add
some pictures and / or color into their
posters, no plain backgrounds.
6. Posters will be due in Canvas on May
2nd. Students will need to save their
poster as an image to their device,
and then attach that image in the
Canvas submission box. Students will
also have the choice of having their
poster hung in the school, if they are
interested they should leave a
comment under the assignment
submission so their poster can be
printed!.
