COURSE DESCRIPTION
Organizational behavior is a field study that specifically focuses on the impact that people have
on organizational survival and effectiveness. This course provides students with a
management perspective and the complexity of behavior in hospitality and foodservice
organizations. Its aim is to provide students with an understanding of the importance of
individual differences; group dynamics, work attitudes, and their antecedents and
consequences at work within the business environment.
