AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, STEPHEN L. KAW, of legal age, SINGLE, Filipino citizen, and as

Corporate Vice-President of UNIVERSAL CANNING, INC., a duly-organized
corporation under Philippine laws, with business and postal address at Purok 1,
Calle San Isidro, Barangay Ayala, Zamboanga City, after having been duly sworn
to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

UNIVERSAL CANNING, INC. was established to undertake fishing

ventures, and in so doing, it owns and operates several fishing vessels denoted as
fish carriers, namely: F/B “OCEAN QUEEN”, F/B “TEE PEE”, F/B “JARED
GABRIEL”, and F/B “SEA GEMS”F/B “JUN JUN’’, FB “SAILOR II;

Above-described sea vessels will be renewing their Fishing Vessel Safety

Certificate with the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and inclusive in the
said renewal application is the submission of their renewed Load Line Certificates
(LLCs);

To date, said vessels will soon be surveyed by the company’s naval

architect for the renewal of Load Line Certificates to be submitted immediately to
MARINA; hence, to avoid any further delay in the process of renewing the
Fishing Vessel Safety Certificate of aforenamed vessels, such LLCs shall be
submitted forthwith to MARINA upon its release by the Naval Architect;

This Affidavit is executed purposely to attest to the truthfulness of the

above-narrated facts, and specifically to seek the release by MARINA of the
Fishing Vessel Safety Certificate of our vessels namely F/B “OCEAN QUEEN”,
F/B “TEE PEE”, F/B “JARED GABRIEL”, and F/B “SEA GEMS”F/B “JUN
JUN’’, FB “SAILOR II;
, even as their Load Line Certificates will be processed and submitted thereafter,
and for whatever legal intents and purpose this may serve.
