    - we have split the atom, But at


    the same time the atoms we
    split create a nuclear war
    - we build intelligent machines
    that navigate the universe in
    search of new homes
    3 facts about environmental issues

    - We see storms stronger than ever


    or more droughts, hurricanes

    - More carbon because more trees


    are cut down than ever before

    - At a record rate, we accelerated


    the extinction of animals by 1,000
    times the normal level

    1. We can breathe
    deeply and cleanly.
    We're lucky to be
    born on earth
    because if you were
    born on any other
    planet in the solar
    system, you wouldn't
    be able to breathe
    this freely

    Earth has fields of storks, mountains, and
    glaciers. But when it comes to neighboring
    planets, we can hardly stand there comfortably.
    Or when it comes to the Sun, we really have
    nowhere to stand.

    3. Earth's gravity doesn't


    pull us into noodles
    Fortunately, there are no
    black holes near Earth or
    in the Solar System so
    we're safe. And we're also
    lucky that the Earth has
    just enough gravity so
    that we don't get blown
    away and not so much that
    we can't stand and move.

    The 4th second here means the time that we can
    continue to live, continue to exist on earth if we
    know how to reflect on our actions with mother
    nature, know how to overcome the consequences. my
    cause to get out of the 3 seconds causes us to be
    destroyed in time to prepare for the 4th second
