I submit that, in the reference 1 cited, the Metropolitan Commissioner, VMRDA,

Visakhapatnam has published the Draft Prospective Plan 2051 and Draft Master Plans 2041 of
VMR Region duly inviting objection or suggestions within a prescribed time limit of 30 days i.e.
from 16.06.32021 to 15.07.2021 from any person or body and further in the reference 3 rd cited
the time of objections and suggestions extended up to 31.07.2021

Further, as per the instructions of the Hon’ble Mayor 6 member committee has been
formed for verification of Draft Master Plans 2041 and noted the observations, objections and
suggestions and also subjected has been placed before the Body of the Corporation for the same.
Accordingly, the meetings have to be conducted with all the Licensed Technical persons,
Ward Planning Secretaries, Builders, CREDIE and committee member for discussions and
suggestions on Draft Master Plan.

Further, Corporation Urgent meeting has been conducted on 07.07.2021 duly discussion
of recommendations/ rejections / suggestions given by Ward Members and General public and
resolved to suggest 38 suggestions/modifications/deletion of roads etc. In the reference 4th cited

Further the Commissioner, VMRDA, Visakhapatnam has been informed that, to arrange
all the objections and suggestions on draft master plan 2041 with details remarks of the technical
officers in the prescribed format.

In this regard, during the process of preparation of Draft Master Plans 2041 of VMR
Region the following expenditure was paid by me and the details are shown hereunder:
