    RE: PERMISSION TO USE MUK MAIN SPORTS GROUNDS FOR A GALA.


    The Makerere Engineering Society under the office of the vice president, welfare and sports, intends to
    organize a finalists’ sports gala covering all the six engineering courses (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical,
    Telecom, Biomedical, and Computer). This gala comes as an incentive to break the stress cycle caused by
    the consecutive semesters and limited time for co-curricular activities. This gala shall comprise various
    games like soccer, volleyball, basketball, athletics, aerobics, etc.

    This letter is therefore intended to request permission to use the MUK main sports grounds on 9th July,
    2022 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Discipline shall be paramount and all the guidelines shall be followed as
    required.
