Executive Summary;
The purpose of Electromux is to provide a complete platform to our clients in
perspective of electrical installation, AC Services, CCTV Installation, repairing and
specially focusing on solar system installation for domestic users. Electromux is an
already running electrical installation and repairing company. The project of solar
system installation is designed to be financially profitable, technically feasible and
good for investors, customers and also for environment.

Our new project was a solar system installation, maintenance, and repairing that is
set to compete in the highly competitive solar panel installation maintenance and
repair services industry not only in Lahore but also throughout the Pakistan market.
We will make sure that we take all the members of our workforce through the
required training that will position them to meet the expectation of the company as
well as customers and to compete with leading solar panel installation, maintenance
and repairing companies in Pakistan.

Our main focus is to provide services to domestic users especially in remote areas
where business opportunities was minor as compared to developed cities. The reason
of choosing remote areas for business is that many solar installation companies does
not shows interests to provide services in remote areas. As we know that remote
areas in Pakistan was badly affected by load shedding specially in summer season
so agriculture activities in these areas were also affected by load shedding. In this
regard there is a lot of potential of solar system installation business in remote areas.

The initial investment to add the Solar system installation s service is 30000 dollars.
The initial investment include cost for Equipment and Tools. Our expected time to
cover the initial cost is around 3 years. Our expected revenue for 1 st year is estimated
to be 10 to 12 thousand dollars. We want to borrow this debt for 30% for 3 years.

than 2.5% during the period of 2022-2027. Factors such as the reducing the cost

this period. The Pakistani solar energy market is anticipated to be propelled by
supportive government policies and programs during this period.

The obvious trend in the solar panel installation, maintenance and repairing

The name of our company is ElectroMux. ElectroMux is a trusted marketplace
in Pakistan that connects people who looking for electrical services at doorstep.
Through electroMux people can install or repair their electrical equipments all
over Pakistan especially is Lahore. ElectroMux is an already running electrical
installation and repairing company. Our new project was a solar system
installation, maintenance and repairing that is set to compete in the highly
competitive solar panels installation and repair services industry not only in
Lahore but also throughout the Pakistan market.

We start the electroMux company 4 years ago. In starting the main purpose of
our company is to provide a platform to the people for electrical installation
and repairing, AC services, CCTV installation. We got a very good response
from the clients. Now our plan is to start a new project of Solar System
Installation and repairing services.

Our mission is to provide professional solar panel installation, maintenance
and repair services and other related services that will assist businesses and

The owner of the company is M Badar Ashraf Rana and M Tayyab shahzad. The
legal procedure of company registration is completed. The company took the
complete responsibility of his products. The company follows the complete tax
rate that was mentioned by the government of Pakistan. The owner has absolute
control over the business. The owner is responsible for all liabilities incurred by
the business.

The market for solar system in Pakistan has been growing fast in the recent
years. There is a lot of potential in the field of solar energy in Pakistan. The
annual growth rate of solar market of Pakistan from 2022-2023 is around
2.5%. The list of the organizations that we have specially market our products
and services is as follow:

payment of the equipment and after the completion of the projects. Our major
goal of starting a solar panel installation business is that we will survive with our
own cash without the financing from external sources once the business is
officially running but in start we need cash from external sources.

We know that one of the way of gaining approval by the customers is to offer our
solar panel installation and repair services a little bit cheaper than what is
obtainable in the market are we are prepared to survive on low profit margin in
starting of the business.

The start-up cost can be low or high depending on our goals and vision for
our business. The tools and equipment that will be used are the same cost
everywhere but there is a minor difference in price that can be overlooked.
The detail of the Start-up expenditure is as follow. For Initial investment we
need 30000 dollars.
▪ The amount required to purchase the new equipment of solar panels
installation and repairing will cost 17000 dollars.
▪ Amount required to pay bills and staff members for at least 2 to 3
months is 5000 dollars
▪ The amount required for all legal documentation procedure is about
1000 dollars.
▪ The amount required for acquiring an office for at least 4 months will
be 5000 dollars.

• Calculations
The calculation for 5KW load is as follow:
We consider that a house has a load of 5KW, So we include a safety factor of
20% and require an inverter of 6 KW capacity. For 6KW inverter unit the
solar plates we need . If we install solar plates of 540 watt the total plates we
need 6000/540=11 plates.
6 KW inverter system requires a battery voltage of 48 volts to operate. So we
need 4 batteries of 12 volts and connect them in series to obtain an output of
48 volts.
Battery amperage calculation:
If a consumer needs a backup time of 4 hours
I=6000*4/220
I=110AH
• Installation Cost
▪ The overall cost of the installation is around 7 lac.
▪ The cost of one plate is around 38000 Rs.
▪ For the installation of 5 KW solar system we need 11 plates and the
cost of plates is around 420000 Rs.
▪ The cost of the inverter is 130 to 150 thousand.
▪ Other expenses is around 1 lac including the labor.

Marketing Plan
• Overall marketing strategy

We are well aware about the competition in the solar panel installation industry
hence we are focusing to hire some of the best marketing experts to handle our
sales and marketing. ElectroMux is set to make use of the following marketing
strategies to attract clients:

employees. Develop the strategic plan by studying technical and financial
opportunities. The chief executive officer is responsible for cash management
process. The maintenance engineer is responsible for solar panel repairing and
carries out solar panel installation services for clients and handles solar panel
and accessories sales and supply for the organization.
