MAJOR ACTIVITIES
OCTOBER, DAY -This month as usual was marked by the holding of

guards foused on how to better manage materials
made available to us by Essoka management and the
World Bank like uniforms, log books and the water

 SECURITY RISK IDENTIFIED
OCTOBER, DAY -06 round bulbs infront of the main office building
2021. and 01 in front of the Internal Parking are blown off.
AND -03 bulbs inside the guards toilet are blown and at
the restaurant area.
NIGHT -Visitor’s badges that are completely worn out and
un used still not replaced.
-Four (04) vehicle scanning mirrors broken.
-The curvet coming out at the open yard behind
where children play football is a security risk and
suspects can access the premises at the Internal
Parking through this curvet.
- Barb wire on the perimeter fence at the extreme w
above the curvet has over laped creating clear and
easy access into the location from that end by
intruders.
DONE FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND APPRECIATION.
-Blown bulbs should be replaced with
good ones.
-Visitors worn out badges should be
replaced with good ones.
-Said hole should be followed and
blocked very well with iron protector at
the road outside where it drains.
-Mr. Ngange Nginyu, the Facilities
Assistant was informed on wasap with
photos of said area.

should be put around the perimeter
fence to give a clear vission at night
especially.
-Officers encouraged to continue make
sure visitors ID cards be returned when
they are going out.
-Said openning shold be re-done or
tacked together.
