 There are teachers assigned in registration

 The SSG officers will provide attendance sheet for all the volunteers.
 Teachers will be in school from 8: 00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In accordance to the School Memorandum No. 04.s. 2019, the faculty staffs of
Dr. Pablito V. Mendoza Sr. High School together with their Assistant School Principal, Ma’am
Isabelita S. Canoza was conducted a meeting regarding the certain matters in school such as the
brigade eskwela, activities for the month of June, attendance and other concerns. The said seminar
was organized with the help of all the teachers and other school staffs.

The objectives of the meeting are the following:

1. preparation for Brigada Eskwela
2. inform to all activities for the month of June
3. make an exact time to log in and log out in attendance
4.prevent certain circumtances that will lead to school problem

In this narrative there are some selected pictures showing the flow of the meeting,
such as the introduction, the speaker’s talk and insights about the certain issues.

Narrative Report in Supervisory &

Administrative Meeting
May 21, 2019

This meeting started at 1:20 pm. with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Eduardo E. Lacuata Jr .

The speaker of that day was our beloved assistant principal Mrs. Isabelita S. Canoza. She makes a

reflection of the previous activities. Then she proceeds to the agenda of the meeting such as the

Brigada Eskwela, Activities for the month of June, Attendance and other concern. First, she assigned

task in Brigada Eskwela that will start on Monday and end in Saturday. Then follow activities for the

month of June. Next to settle the issue about the number of hours that the teacher will spend to work

in school.

And before the end of the meeting, there are some issues in school tackle during the

seminar. She gave some suggestions and few reminders for the teachers and other faculty staff.
