1.人离开或不工作时必须将电源插头拔下，切除电源。

3.不得在没有滤尘器、滤尘筒的情况下使用吸尘器，如果让灰 11
尘直接进入风机，将会产生严重问题。

4.不得踩踏吸尘软管，以免造成损坏。 12
5.不允许全封闭运转，要确保有足够的空气从软管中吸入风机，
以提高风机的使用寿命。因此，当吸尘器使用一段时间后， 13
滤筒细尘糊筒阻力大时，应打开筒盖用压缩空气对滤筒进行 14
反吹。储尘筒的尘埃过多后要及时清倒，吸头、吸管内的阻
塞物及时清除。 15
6. 吸尘器过载后，吸尘器内的热继电器将会自动断开电路，如 19
果出现这种情况，应拔掉电源插头，找出过载原因，在消除 18 17 16
过载源后按下热继电复位器，使吸尘器恢复正常工作。

清除灰尘

清除灰尘时必须停机进行，将搭扣扳至储尘筒落到地面上， 附备件名称图
双手握住储尘筒拉出。（清倒时应注意不要损坏储尘筒，防止
储尘筒变形。）清倒结束后，按相反步骤将储尘筒安装好。

使用方法
1.将储尘筒上口对准过滤筒体下口（同心），将过滤筒上的两
边搭扣扣住储尘筒，具体要求过滤筒与储尘筒密封即可。
2.检查筒盖两边搭扣是否扣紧。
直角吸 3.吸口连接软管并用抱箍箍紧，软管另一头装好吸尘硬管和需
用的吸头。
4.检查电源电压是否符合产品铭牌上规定的电压值。
5.使用的三相四线插座是否按规定接地(如下图所示)。
滤 筒 6.接上电源后，控制板上的红色指示灯应发亮。
7.按下启动按钮（Start）吸尘器即开始工作，按下停止按钮
（Stop）吸尘器即停止运转。

Introduction
This product uses a 5.5 W three-phase asynchronous motor as power source, with a motor-blower integration structure,
so that greatly improved the motor mechanical energy utilization efficiency as well as the machine life expectancy. It’s easy
to operate, with low energy consumption and noise level, proving to have stable performance, long work life, safe usage and
consistent working abilities.
This machine is widely used in various industries for cleaning dusts on large area ground, upper level walls, suspended
equipments or other machine stations and matching equipments. It’s suitable for collecting things such as fiber dust, powder
dust, granule particles, metal carbonyl debris, etc.

 Points for Attention
1. Unplug the power when there’s no one around or the machine is not operating, cut off the power.
2. No smoking.
3. Do not use the machine without any filter shell or filter cylinder. If the dust gets into the blower, there’ll be sever
consequences.
4. No stepping on the vacuum tube, in case cause damages.
5. No operating under fully sealed mode. Make sure there’ll enough air goes through the tube into the blower, so that the
machine’s life can be increased. That’s why after some period of usage when dust sticks to the filter increasing the air
resistance, you should open the filter cylinder cap and use compressed air to blow the filter clean for the opposite
direction. If there’s too much dust in the storage cylinder, it should be cleaned immediately. Blocking dust inside the
suction head and the tube should also be cleaned out promptly.
6. Should overloading occurs to the vacuum machine, the thermal relay inside will automatically break the circuit, you
should unplug the power, find the source of this overload, eliminate the source before push down the thermal relay
restorer, so that the vacuum can resume its correct operation.
 Clean Dust
Dust cleaning should be done while the machine is not running. Push the buckle latch down until the storage
cylinder is on the ground, pull out the cylinder. (Pay attention to not damage the storage cylinder while dumping the dust
out, no deformation should occur to the cylinder.) After the cleaning finished, reverse the steps to put back the storage
cylinder.

 Application Methods
1. Align the upper opening of the storage cylinder with the lower opening of the filter cylinder (concentric), fasten the two
buckle latches on both sides of the filter cylinder with the storage cylinder, making sure the two cylinders are sealed.
2. Check the buckles on both sides of the cylinders are fastened tight.
3. Fix the suction opening to the tube with holt hoop iron, the other end of the tube should be fastened with rigid tube and
the suction head needed.
4. Check the power source voltage is consistent with the rated voltage on the name tag.
5. Check the three-phase four-line socket is grounded accordingly (as the following diagram showed).
6. After the power is on, the red light on the control panel should be lit.
7. Push the Start button on the vacuum for it to start to work, push the Stop button for it to stop.
