AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Quantum University, Roorkee now referred as first party and Ashish Kumar
working as an individual designated as Admission Coordinator now referred as second party. The
agreement goes as follows:

1. That first party is an educational institute offering various courses in the field of Technical and
Professional studies located at Roorkee.

2. That second party is an individuals working as admission consultants for the first party. That
second party has committed to give minimum 100 admissions in various courses for the year
2021-20 to the first party as per the minimum admission criteria of Quantum.

3. Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andaman, Karnataka , Orissa and J&K state are
being earmarked as the territory of the second party.
4. Any admission from the local region of Quantum i.e. districts of Roorkee, Haridwar,
Saharanpur, Deoband shall not be counted for the payment of consultancy.

5. That second party will dedicatedly work only for the first party for fulfilling the commitment
and shall not associate themselves in any way with any other college from Uttarakhand.
6. All activities conducted and data collected shall be exclusively used for Quantum and shall not
be shared with anyone.
7. In lieu of the admissions the first party will give consultancy charge:

The consultancy charges shall be paid only after atleast 50% of the first year fee of the student is
deposited with the college.

The First Party will pay Rs. 5.00 Lacs at marketing advance to the second party. The advance
shall be adjusted if the total number of admissions is less than 60. If the total number of
admissions (after withdrawals) is equal to or more than 60, then no advance shall be adjusted.

In case of lesss admission, the advance shall be adjusted as Rs 8000 per less number of
admissions from 60. Example: if admissions are 50, then 80,000 shall be adjusted from the
final consultancy amount.

One lakh shall be paid at the time of signing and the rest will be paid in 6 installments at the
end of each month from January onwards.

8. Quantum will provide Pamphlets, Brochures and other marketing collaterals as required from
time to time.
9. The Second party should send the details of the confirmed admission list at
admissions@quantumeducation.in as soon as students submit the fee.
10. College reserves the right to engage other people in the region to ensure better admissions and
branding of the institution.
11. Duly numbered / indexed admission forms shall be issued by the first party to the second party.
All forms filled by the students from the above
above-specified
specified regions, shall automatically be
considered in the account of the second party.
