JuNI 12 Finally! We are on the road.

Within a few days we travel across Germany and Switzerland and

give several "Wonnebeats" concerts. The general rehearsal last night was a total failure - hopefully a
good sign. Now we're going via Bonn, Cologne and Wuppertal to the heart of the Ruhr area - to Essen.
The day after tomorrow at this time is already soundcheck! We are looking forward to it!

JuNI 13 You'd think Essen was big enough to find. But we get lost several times in the maze of highways
and miss the right exit. Despite the navigation system, we drive around the city center three times.
Completely exhausted we finally arrive at the hotel, where a friendly concert organizer and three huge
schnitzels are waiting for us. No problem that Barbara is a vegetarian. Her Schnit el is exchanged for a
vegetarian burger.

JuNI 15 After a wonderful concert with a great audience, we head along the Rhine to Basel. Our very first
concert in Switzerland! So far we have only performed within Germany. The venue, an old winery, is a
bit outside the city, though. Contrary to our usual habits, the concert in the afternoon is not completely
sold out yet. So if you want to hear some great songs tonight: We are happy to see who hr is still coming

JUNE 16 First of all a big THANK YOU to everyone who made sure the house was full and the atmosphere
was great last night.
a full house and a great atmosphere! Now we are back
on the way to Germany. While I (ulia) am writing our blog, Andrea is at the wheel and Barbara is taking
care of us by passing around home-baked pastries. You can still tell that we are a girl band @. Tonight
we play in Augsburg. There, everything will be filled to the last seat.

Wow, what a reception! Posters of the "Wonnebeats" hang at the roadside and in the afternoon there is
a private city tour
through Augsburg. The concert organizer leads us along the city streams into the "Fuggerej". The
quarter with the small
but pretty little houses is the oldest social settlement in the world. The rich merchant Jakob Fugger
founded it in 1516 with his brothers for innocent Augsburg citizens in need. As a small band one lent
get to know all the wonderful corners outside the big city areas.
World stars certainly don't get to enjoy this.

JUNE 17 After the concert, we mingle with the audience. Within a few minutes, many fans are standing
around us and want autographs. Crowning conclusion: in radio interview. You can listen to it here
tomorrow!
