1. GREETINGS!................

A pleasant morning to all. We have just heard our esteemed resource speakers. They
have shared their knowledge which I am sure will leave an impact to our dear students..
I am sure as students, there are many times that you get caught up with a lot of
requirements, examinations, quizzes, projects, reports, etc. There are also instances
when you procrastinate work and end up cramming. There is also fear of failing and too
much expectations from parents and from one’s self. These are some things that are
not new anymore in this new normal Our first resource speaker Sir John Michael Pelayo
has given us, especially you our dear students, some tips on coping with academic
stress. We must know how to adapt ourselves with academic stress because if we fail
this may affect our mental and emotional health..

Our second resource speaker Maam Pamela Joy Sales talked about a sound body and
a sound mind. A sound body is the most splendid treasure a man can cherish. The
mind is inseparable from the body. If you have physical pain this could affect your mind.
You cannot concentrate, which will affect how you think and perform your work.

On the other hand, the way we think can also affect our body. A healthy person can
think normally and act instantly in any given situation. A sound body means a healthy
body, free from diseases and illness. A sound mind means a mind capable of good,
positive and free thinking mind.

On that note, I woul like to thank everyone especially our resource speakers, the
committee and oranizer of this webinar ( MENTION THE NAMES) MayGod continue to
bless us all and may He continue to guide our students in all their endeavors. Thank
you and good day!
